Ju Jitsu SA is a branch of World JuJitsu Australia. We have several clubs around Adelaide including Aberfoyle Park and McLaren Vale.
Ju-Jitsu is a ancient martial art used by the Samurai. It is a martial art which uses not your own strength but that of your opponents. At Ju-Jitsu SA the emphasis is on creating a family environment and learning in a safe place. With children's classes we aim to create a fun environment where children can not only enjoy exercise but work on their coordination skills and interact with others.
Classes run on a Tuesday evening at the McLaren Vale Community Hall for Children from 6:30pm-7:30pm, at the Aberfoyle Lutheran School on a Wednesday Evening for Children from 6:30pm-7:30pm - Adults 7:30pm - 8:30pm and also on a Saturday morning at the Aberfoyle Park Community Centre for children from 09:30am-10:30am and Adults 10:30am-11:30am.
