Monday & Thursdays 7:30pm.

6 Week Self Defence Course:

- Saturdays 10am

Self Defence Seminars:

- Approximately every 2 months

- Self defence techniques

- Attack situations

- Street awareness

- For all ages

- Programs available for businesses and schools.
