If you are wanting to add some quick inches to your spike touch then improving your approach and jump technique is the fastest way to do it.
By practicing the patterns/exercises in the video you will start to notice that you are able to jump higher and get off the ground quicker.
I recommend spending 3 minutes at the end of your warm up to focus on your approach technique.
