Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates how to use the extension tube withing Clinical Dry Cupping to the anterior tibialis region of the shin. The extension tube can be really useful when the muscular area is excessively tight and the cups won't stick. The anterior tibialis is a common area for loosing suction along with the plantar region of the foot. The extension tube is also great for self cupping on the shoulders and back. Clinical Vacuum Dry Cupping is an excellent way to reduce musculoskeletal pain and and tension and a range of techniques can be used within treatment. This is an example of one of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited day CPD course in Myofascial Dry Cupping, which is available as a face to face course in Swindon and Liverpool, or via Live Online delivery, or fully Online.
