Coach JP (@romathletique) and I have collaborated to bring to you a tough 6 exercise full body workout with only using bands and your body weight. JP gives you a couple amazing combination exercises where he pairs an isometric exercise with a more explosive exercise. This combination has shown to help increase your power output which will help you jump higher and hit harder.
Block 1- perform 3 to 5 rounds of exercise A1 to A3. Rest for 2 minutes between rounds
A1. 1 Leg Squat Iso Hold (20secs to 60secs) immediately followed by 5 Split Squat Jumps
A2. Contract Pushups- Pushup isometric hold at 90 degrees and then immediately followed by 8 to 15 explosive pushups
A3. Rational Plank- 6 to 8 per side
Block 2- perform 3 to 5 rounds of exercise B1 to B3. Rest for 2 minutes between rounds
B1. 1 Leg Hip Thrust- 8 to 10 reps
B2. Side Plank Leg Raises- 8 to 12 per side
B3. Banded Star Drill- performing all 3 directions = 1 rep, perform 4 reps
