X third overall. The seventh overall selection was Sean Lavery-Spahr going to the Milwaukee Pounders. Graham Fach went 10th overall to the three-time defending champion Portland Lumberjacks. Two players who made their PBA Tour television debuts in the 2023 U.S. Open, Frank Snodgrass and Tomas Käyhkö, went 15th to the Waco Wonders and 17th to the Chicago Breeze, respectively.The 2023 PBA League begins with qualifying on September 23 and the televised Elias Cup Finals beginning September 24.
