Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates massage to the Achilles tendon. Massage to the Achilles tendon is a great way to increase localised blood flow to the tendon, whilst increasing mobility. This massage technique can be used for for both sports massage and therapeutic massage treatment.
