This test is a neurodynamic test which is usful for assessing irritability and sensitivity of the nervous system, and can help to assess nerural tension or disc heriation, which may be contributing to a clients symptoms.
This short video is designed for our Level 4 Sports and Remedial Massage and Level 5 Sports and Clinical Therapy course members, as a revision tool for musculoskeletal examination and assessment.
