If you train in the martial arts, then you should practice the jab! I'll give you four reasons why...
1: Distance. You can use the jab to keep bad guys and opponents away from you.
2: Multi-purpose tool. You can throw the jab a hundred different ways... and they're all good!
3: Combinations. Every technique works better if you throw a jab to set it up first.
4: Weaponizable. When your life is in danger, the jab can become a SUPER-jab just by picking up something.
