Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates Soft Tissue Release (STR), and Active Movement, Sports Massage technique on the upper limb (arm). Both STR and Active Movement are excellent techniques for reducing muscular tension and restoring range of motion and tissue health following warm up massage techniques, such as effleurage and petrissage.
