Hatha Yoga is a traditional form of Yogic practice that uses asanas (postures) and breath focus to enhance the way we think, feel and experience life. 

Yoga Beyond the mat : Yoga a way of life! Like many, as a child my understanding of yoga was limited to Asanas (postures). But growing up in India, yoga has always been a part of the culture. Even without realising it, I was practicing various aspects of yoga in my every day life . In 2005 , I was introduced to Hatha yoga . I was instantly drawn to it . I have over 16 years of experience in Asana practice. I always wanted to make yogic practice a way of life and share my passion with others .
