Lighthouse Yoga

Lighthouse Yoga studio is based between Semaphore and Port Adelaide, South Australia.

Established in 1996, we have extensive knowledge of the Yoga system and years of experience teaching it, and working with a range of people. We assist people to improve their quality of life through movement and relaxation practices. Classes are conducted in a small studio, where we pride ourselves on our personalised service.
