Functional For Life
The first step in your training journey is a free trial session with your prospective trainer. We’ll get to know you, understand where you’re at in terms of your fitness, and let you experience our training first-hand to see if it’s right for you.
Beginning with goal setting, your trainer will work with you to establish what it is you’re wanting to achieve. This can be related to strength, mobility, endurance or anything else that’s important to you. Next, we’ll conduct a movement screening and some fitness testing to assess how your body moves and where your fitness levels are at. This will then help us to work through a functional training session that takes all of the above into account to make sure you get the most out of your time with us. We want you to be able to commit to training with confidence, knowing that you’ve got a team in Functional For Life that’s with you at every step of your journey towards a healthier, happier lifestyle.
