Panacea Pilates Studio
Our Pilates classes have a maximum of 3 people per class and are run more like a personal training session but in a group class setting. This means that you have a tailored workout for you every time you come in using the Pilates equipment, mat exercises and small apparatus. We want to provide you with a personalised session to ensure you are getting what you want out of Pilates. This can be a nice stretch session or a more intense workout it is up to you. Each class you do will be slightly different to ensure there is variety in your class but to also keep you challenged. Your instructor will set up the equipment for you and talk you through each exercise so it doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or at an advanced level. They can cater to everyone. Studio director Catherine Harding is a fully qualified Pilates Instructor and also holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage and Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine. This means we are really able to understand your body on many different levels and are able to provide you with expert knowledge to give you your desired result.
