Female Training Centre was founded from a passion for Freestyle Group Fitness classes and a desire to provide a comfortable and friendly environment for women to reach their own fitness goals!

Our little studio opened in 2013 and has grown and developed into a centre specialising in female training from the absolute beginner to the long term gym goer.

With a female-only 24/7 access studio, daily freestyle class timetable, personal training, weight loss services and much more, you can choose your style of training and mix it up to keep things fresh.

You’ll love to unwind in our spa, sauna and steam facilities, relaxing members lounge and outdoor sun terrace, which make Next Gen Memorial Drive an ideal venue to catch up with friends and family.  Our Regeneration Spa premium area offers the flexibility of a more private spa environment as well as private change rooms.

A boutique fitness studio for mums, located in Highgate, and focusing on group fitness classes for all ages. Beginners are welcome!

We offer majority female only classes and also some mixed classes. 95% of members are female, the few males who attend are partners, husbands or sons of current members.

In school holidays we have teen classes & circuit classes for primary aged children.

We help everyone, from the first timers in the gym, to pensioners, to competitive athletes in a truly non intimidating atmosphere. We are strict on who we let in, to keep our environment supportive. We have three gyms to choose from with full 24 hr access and our personal training starts from $35 a session, so very affordable with some fantastic trainers in the industry. Dan has his name on his gyms because he wants to be accountable for your fitness and results! We are happy to let you try our gyms before you decide on a membership as we want you to be 100% happy and committed before you join.
