At YOGAMON we practice Dru Yoga; yoga to calm, nurture and energise. Yoga that is uplifting, adaptable, inclusive and gently flowing. Our aim; to promote positivity, strength and balance while reducing stress and tension.

Modifications are available for most considerations in ability and fitness, from the beginner to the advanced. Those requiring an extra gentle or specific program may find the Wellbeing Classes or Private Classes to be most suited to their needs. Our studio is peaceful & welcoming, class size is small and your wellbeing, our priority.
