Our dance school was founded in 2002. Over the last 20 years we have prided ourselves on not only teaching children dance but teaching them life skills and sharing our joy for dance with them. Dance has many benefits for children because they learn to follow instructions and discipline as well as learning to work in teams and build confidence. Your child’s safety is the most important thing to us which is why all of our staff have Police Checks & working with Children Checks as well as First Aid Certificates.

Our goal is to tailor every child’s dance experience to help them achieve their goals, whether that be just dancing for enjoyment or wanting to go on to a future career in dance. Over the years we have had many students dance professionally as well as become dance teachers. There has also been many students go to university and come back and tell us how much their years of dance taught them and helped them achieve their goals.

All the teachers here have many years of experience and teaching qualifications, so you can be confident your children are getting the very best training, which is evident with all the success our students have had winning many competitions and being offered interstate scholarships to some of the best dance courses in Australia. On top of all the success at competitions, Centre Stage Dance Academy has had two students successful complete the highest CSTD classical ballet exam “Premier Danseur” (Only one other person has ever passed this exam in Adelaide).
