Podium Physio was established in 2018 to provide a fresh approach to correcting the injury problems that are holding you back. The clinic is owned and operated by Adrian Barei who holds a Masters of Advanced Clinical Physiotherapy (Sports).  

At our boutique clinic, we devote the entire appointment to face-to-face time with you, so you get the best results. We utilize contemporary assessment and hands on treatment methods supported by research evidence, to get you back to your best as effectively and efficiently as possible. Along the way, we empower you to accelerate your own recovery with tailored exercise rehabilitation and self-management strategies.
