WELCOME TO CHROMA STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

The word Chroma means “the purity and intensity of colour” and at Chroma S&C we say it with respect to movement – “the purity and intensity of movement”.

To explain, we start by helping athletes create good quality movement, striving to achieve purity of movement. Once we have that, we add intensity to see where we can really push performance, resulting in intensity of movement!

Our team of expert coaches and allied health professionals have a combined experience of over 20 years and are continually educating themselves to ensure the best service is delivered.

Chroma S&C is a place where athletes of all endeavours receive specific coaching and knowledge that enables them to reach their goals. On top of this our athletes get behind each other, creating an environment that feeds progression and improvement.
