Adelaide's Powerhouse Gym located in Prospect. Strong since 1976! Great combination of old school and new equipment with a encouraging friendly gym atmosphere. Open for Members from 5am to Midnight everyday! 

Our Gym community is filled with many loyal members of all walks of life from 1970's, who love the gym lifestyle calling this their second home. The love of training ""hardcore"" at this old school bodybuilding Gym ignites the same fire in the hearts of those who come to train in this inclusive Gym environment. 

Equipped with powerlifting bars, Ivanko calibrated & bumper plates, pin loaded and plate loaded machines, dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 100kg, boxing bags, kettle bells, strongman & functional training equipment and cardio equipment too.

Casual visits available at $10. Visitors are required to book via our website links.
