Our studios provide the opportunity to simultaneously go inward and expand outward. 

Movement Halo consists of unique studios and spaces: all are utilised for offerings that serve individuals to feel freedom in both body and mind. With a timetable of classes that derive from yoga, aerial, pilates, dance, mindfulness & meditation, we are more than a fusion studio; Movement Halo sessions have been crafted to connect into a complete body, mind and soul experience. 

At Movement Halo we thrive on growth and transformation ~ offering many styles of professional training for participants to change and adapt to their industries. We also host a unique schedule of workshops and events from an active team of presenters, instructors and practitioners. 

Movement Halo is a studio complex born of interconnection ~ and so we created a space for our community to adapt to ongoing physical and environmental changes, flux and metamorphoses. Through awareness and collaboration we are tracking our impact ~ locally and globally.
