The Glenunga Netball Club was established in 2016 following the development of the Glenunga Community Hub by the City of Burnside.
The Hub, located at Glenunga Reserve 70 Conningham St Glenunga, is a significant investment made by the City of Burnside and plays home to a number of community and sporting clubs.
The creation of the Glenunga Netball Club was born from the significant growth of other sporting clubs attached to the Hub, namely football and cricket, and the desire to create a truly inclusive community environment for all families to enjoy.
Upon foundation in 2016, the Glenunga Netball Club joined the SAUCNA league with six teams for the summer season. Our fist season was a successful one, with most of our teams making finals and one Premiership in the Under 11s. We currently have three teams in the SAUCNA Winter season : Opens, under 13s and under 11s.
