Stand Up Paddle Boarding is thought to have originated over 2000 years ago in Central and South America. The modern sport gained popularity in Hawaii in the early 2000's. The sport than quickly evolved to include such disciplines as down winding, SUP Surfing, Recreational / Flat water, SUP Yoga, and even white water/rapids, and River Paddle boarding.

At SUP Down South we offer a safe environment for beginners and intermediate paddlers to gain experience from our ASI  accredited Instructors and board hire for those who are more confident. We also offer team building exercises, and GoPro hire to capture your experience.
