Stephanie Hansen, our primary teacher has been teaching Iyengar Yoga in the Adelaide Hills for over 18 years and travels regularly to Pune to study with members of the Iyengar family. Adelaide Hills Yoga caters for all students from those needing individual therapy to beginners and advanced students. 

Stephanie is trained in the therapeutic aspects of Yoga instruction. Areas she works in include: - Neck, shoulder, hip and back problems - Chronic fatigue, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) - Auto-immune diseases - Neurological conditions, including multiple sclerosis (MS) and Parkinsons - Diabetes
