Welcome to ASMY Adelaide’s beautiful holistic meditation and yoga studio centrally located in North Adelaide where you will find it easy to relax and unwind. We offer a variety of programs taught by friendly down to earth teachers who share a passion to share the authentic gift of meditation and yoga with everyone. 

In addition to Yoga Asana Classes for health and well-being, we offer Mindfulness, Meditation Classes, and Sacred Music Meditation as well as Deep Peace Sessions for inner peace and harmony. Explore a journey of self discovery and gain spiritual insights at our Friday and Sunday Sacred Music Meditation evenings (Kirtan).
