This Dojo aims to be home to a number of complementary, physical disciplines that help people improve their fitness, co-ordination, balance, self-confidence, self-esteem, mindfulness and feeling of wellbeing and spirituality (whatever that means to each individual).
There is no descrimination on grounds of gender, age, race, religion or cultural background. Everyone can train together knowing that this is a safe place to discover, explore and overcome their own personal limitations in an atmosphere of mutual respect.

The environment is heavily influenced by Japanese tradition and practice. This is a simple setting which allows anyone of any belief or cultural background to find themselves.
