We are a boutique studio located in Para Hills West, South Australia. We offer Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes led by open-hearted and knowledgeable teachers within a beautiful and tranquil studio environment. ​Our intention is to provide a space for you to connect with yourself and those around you. To be fully present in body, mind and spirit. To break out of comfort zones and then reflect on and celebrate the wonderful gift you have just given yourself. With this intention in mind and heart, we have developed a series of classes designed to energise your body, empower your mind and uplift your soul.
