Ryan has spent his whole life involved in sport and fitness. After playing sport professionally while working in the building industry, he followed his passion for fitness and began coaching in a group training gym. New to this side of the industry, he was quickly appalled by the inflexible ‘one size fits all’ approach which also seemed to come at a high financial cost. While he loved the community group training provided, he saw a lack of individualised care with little effort to educate members on how to integrate training into their lives long term. 

This is why SPARC-UP Fitness was founded.
