Kyokushin is a stand up, full contact style of karate (kids non contact). Kyokushin training consists of three main elements: kihon (basics), kata (forms), and kumite (sparring).

We are a close knit community consisting of Mums, Dads, Kids and Fighters. We cater for all levels from beginners to Black Belts, and will work with you at your pace to ensure you maximise your experience.

It doesn't matter if you are 6 or 70, Kyokushin training is about building confidence, motivation, respect and discipline whilst achieving the benefits of fitness, weight loss, strength and flexibility in a safe, family friendly environment.
