Healthy meals can be quick and easy. They don't
have to be complicated recipes that take a long time to prepare and cook.
Of course, if you like cooking then you can explore with new foods that are low
in fat. There are millions of recipe's that you can experiment with and that
is the fun of cooking low fat foods.
We all wish that we could dump those pounds fast, but you have to be careful that you do not
make extreme diet changes. You want to lose fat and not muscle mass.
You can start losing muscle mass by simply cutting 500 calories
a day and no one wants to be left with flab that is
virtually imposable to take off.
